Carley graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. While in college, she competed in both cross country and track and field. Sports and exercise have always been a huge part of her life, which helped spark her interest in learning about how the body functions specifically through exercise.
She loves to help people reach their goals and make sure they feel great along the way. After college, Carley grew an interest in personal training and attained her personal training certification, and is now a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). She is currently advancing her knowledge and studying a specialization in women's health. Carley is from the area as a ROCORI graduate.
While in high school, she was in cross country, dance, and track. While always busy with sports, she realized how important it is to take care of her body and prioritize recovery. She always wants to make sure she is doing what is best for her body and loves to help others do the same. In her free time, she loves to spend time with family, play games, visit friends, go on runs, read, and spend time outdoors!
