Office Manager/Exercise Specialist

Melissa has her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Coaching from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. While in college and dealing with injuries of her own, she took a greater interest in learning how and why to help her and her teammates rehabilitate and recover. She truly loves to help people learn the reason behind why correct exercise form and proper stretching is so important for our bodies and seeing them have relief.

She grew up in Cold Spring, MN and found chiropractic care especially important when playing basketball and volleyball in school while dealing with injuries. She has enjoyed learning from Dr. Kristin since 2016 as well as always continuing to learn more as the exercise and rehabilitation industry changes and evolves.

Melissa and her husband Chad reside in Richmond on the Chain of Lakes with their daughter Baylee and son Brooks. They love to spend their time outside on the pontoon, ice fishing and spending time with their extended families.

Carley is from the area as a ROCORI graduate. While in high school, she was in cross country, dance, and track.
